Prices are per apartment per day.
The following conditions apply:
- Smoking is not permitted in the apartments
– Pets are not allowed
– Arrival and departure on Saturdays. – Also during the week in summer
– Apartments are available for check-in on arrival day after 1 p.m. Check-out is 9 a.m. of your departure day.
– Reservations are only guaranteed upon receipt of your deposit.
– You will be charged in full in the event of delayed arrival or premature departure.
– Beds are changed weekly.

Family summer holiday promotion
From 16.06.12 - 14.07.12 and from 18.08.12 season's end families with children enjoy particularly interesting conditions.
30% discount for children up to the age of 6 (born after 16.06.2006) and 15% discoung under 12 years (born after 16.06.2000) - the discount is calculeted on the daily apartment rate, divided by the number of beds.
Conditions:
* the offer is valid for a minimum stay of one week in our Residence
* max. 2 children per family,
* identity card of the children must be shown on request.
For your Summer holiday with the family we suggest the Mountain Pass Alta Badia. Children from 0-6 years (born after 01.01.2006) get a free pass if purchased together with one adult-pass. Special prices for children from 7-14 years.
